Our Return Policy
We accept returns within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition
- Proof of purchase is required (order number or receipt)
- Certain products may be excluded (see below)
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Cutting Boards (once used, they cannot be resold)
- Stove Parts (special order items that cannot be restocked)
- Any items that show signs of use or are not in original packaging
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Step 1: Contact Our Customer Service
Email our Detroit-based support team at [email protected] with:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return/exchange
- The reason for return
- Whether you prefer a refund or exchange
Step 2: Receive Return Authorization
Within 1-2 business days, we’ll email you:
- A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
- Return shipping instructions
- Any special return requirements
Step 3: Ship Your Return
Package the item(s) securely in the original packaging and include:
- The RMA number clearly visible on the outside of the package
- All original accessories and documentation
Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Processing Time: 3-5 business days after we receive your return
- Refund Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Timing:
- Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days after processing
- PayPal: 3-5 business days after processing
We’ll notify you by email when your refund has been processed.
Exchanges
For exchanges:
- Follow the same return process above
- Clearly indicate in your email that you want an exchange and specify the replacement item
- We’ll ship your replacement item once we receive and process your return
- Any price differences will be charged or refunded accordingly
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Include photos of the damage/defect
- We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you
International Returns
For customers outside the U.S. (excluding parts of Asia and remote areas):
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
- Customs fees are non-refundable
- Please clearly mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional customs charges
