Shipping Options

We offer two reliable shipping methods to meet your needs:

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95): Delivered via DHL or FedEx within 10-15 business days after shipment
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50, delivered via EMS within 15-25 business days after shipment

International Shipping

We ship worldwide (excluding parts of Asia and remote areas). International customers may be responsible for customs duties and taxes upon delivery.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

We stand behind our premium kitchenware products. If you’re not completely satisfied, we offer a straightforward returns process within 15 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition
  • Proof of purchase is required (order number or receipt)

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Cutting Boards (once used, they cannot be resold)
  • Stove Parts (special order items that cannot be restocked)
  • Any items showing signs of use or not in original packaging

How to Return an Item

Step 1: Contact Customer Service

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization

Within 1-2 business days, we’ll email you:

  • A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
  • Return shipping instructions
  • Any special return requirements

Step 3: Ship Your Return

  • The RMA number clearly visible on the outside
  • All original accessories and documentation

Refund Process

Exchange Process

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

International Returns

For customers outside the U.S. (excluding parts of Asia and remote areas):

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
